Drew Ungvarsky, Chief Executive and Executive Creative Director of Grow, leads a company which specializes in digital marketing for major companies such as Adidas. They also have a passion for helping to create a better Norfolk. Two programs they have been instrumental in starting was the Plot on Granby, the innovative space which is now in the Neon district and bike racks throughout downtown Norfolk.
