Visitation

The visitation committees' responsibility is to attempt to contact each member of the club who is ill or incapacitated and thus not able to attend meetings to allow these members to know that the Club is concerned with their well being and to provide at each meeting a report on these members and their condition. Additionally family members who are ill are reviewed and called each week for the same purpose.
