CHAIR RESPONSIBILITIES: Seek input and assistance from committee members. Ensure the Norfolk Rotary Club and Norfolk Rotary Charity budgets and finances are properly managed; oversee efforts of Club's Bookkeeper and financial activities of the Executive Secretary.
