2nd Annual NorFOLK Festival

Paul Bidanset is Statistician/Real Estate CAMA (Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal) Modeler Analyst for the City of Norfolk.  He holds an MA in Economics from ODU and currently is a PhD candidate at Ulster University, completing his dissertation on mass property valuation modeling.  A banjo and other strings player with the band "Brackish Water Jamboree," he also is co-founder of the NorFOLK Festival (Hampton Roads' first Roots Music Festival), which is celebrating its second annual production this year.  The Festival is a free, family-friendly day of folk music that benefits the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.  The Festival will be at the O'Connor Brewing Company from noon until 19:00 p.m. this Saturday, 12 August 2017.
