Author, educator, theologian, and sought-after public speaker, Antipas L. Harris is a professor at the Regent University School of Theology and Director of their Doctor of Ministry Program.  He also is Director of Regent's Youth and Urban Renewal Center, and Theologian-in-Residence at First Presbyterian Church, Norfolk.  He serves on a number of boards, including Norfolk's Resilient Cities Initiative and the Virginia Beach Public Schools Discipline Taskforce. He was named among Inside Business' Top 40 under 40 of Hampton Roads in 2011, and in 2012, he was cited by International Top 100 Magazine for his excellence in religious and community leadership.  As Founder and Chair of the Norfolk Senior Pastors' Roundtable for the City Manager of Norfolk, Dr. Harris leads a team of prominent local religious leaders – including Christian pastors and bishops, Conservative and Reformed rabbis and a Muslim imam – who meet bimonthly to strengthen strategic partnerships between members of the faith-based community and Norfolk city government.
